I'm going along and just hope the sleet and snow holds off.

I have 2 work colleagues trying their hand at racing for the very first time.Both have been doing trackdays for a couple of years on R1's. For classic racing they're using cheap '87ish FZ600 aircooled.After sorting out the jetting,they're putting out 57 and 58 rwhp.
Only exhausts and rear shock may be changed and on 16" wheels too.

Well, it's started to snow at Brands , so I'm waiting on a phone call before I drive up there. A decision will be made at 10:00am whether any racing will take place today.

I wisely waited at home and received progress reports from friends who were supposed to be racing.

Track inspection at 10:00 and then 12:30. No racing took place on Saturday and none today either.
Such a shame for everyone who spent so much time and money to get there with a newly prepped bke.
