Just an update, putting it back together & will be finished by weekend. Some of the photo's are from about a month ago - i'll post pics of finished bike & spec Sun/Mon when done

I'd reckon that's your radiator expansion bottle.

Yeah, that makes more sense. & it is missing from the r/h side rear in the photo.

Gotta agree with the rad expansion bottle: nice solution to the problem, utilising the space where the chunky old airbox was

Methanol and synthetic two stroke oil injection system, would work a bit like a NOS system on an actuator button, MEGA power boost for short bursts.
Nah, I`m joking, although that was one of my guesses.
I`m not giving the game away, NWS can inform the winners, they`ll recieve a bottle of pink piss as a prize

so what have you coated the nice an polished steel frame in..doesnt look like a chrome finish or is it nickel...i am thinking its a nickle ..nice style though ..dont see anyone polishing the frame for years ..

It's an oversize aluminium tube frame, 23.5 head angle. Handmade by NWS - swingarm is by GIA (formerly of Spondon)
