Glad you sorted this one out ok.
I haven't been on here for a couple of days so hadn't seen your post (more knowledgeable folk than me had commented anyway!)
but I had the same problem on my first TRX years ago - the hose was kinked inside the plastic sleeve! - bastard thing!!

No, didn't take me long at all ....
It happened the day after I bought it - picked the bike up from the shop on a Saturday
morning & it died early the next day - I was gutted!! (and a bit farking upset too!)
As the bike was nearly new (7000kms) & had been running ok I figured (hoped) it couldn't
be anything too serious.
Being on a Sunday meant the shop was shut so I did the basics like taking the tank off
for a look see & sussed out that the plastic sleeve didn't look 'right' so took that off too
& hey presto - a kinked pipe!
