Valve spring measurements?

If anyone has a valvespring lying around, please take some measurements of it, and also the washers. I am thinking of replacing or pre-loading mine, as the valveseats have been cut quite radical, and the Kent cams have a smaller base circle (mine even smaller than Kent's normal specs)
