well after much sorry we dont sell that sir got a couple of meters of it for £3 will give it a go tommorow and seal it up with sealent at the same time and see what happens if this fix's it i may have to dance around like a mad person...............

okay all changed etc and no diffrent basically somthing is happening in one cylinder and the other the exhaust is getting hot but only hot not damm hot as in one burns ya finger to dab touch the other is able to be held ........

im now thinking maybe an exhaust valve maybe ? if compression test was fine is it likly to be that ? is there anyway to decide if its vavles without taking the cam cover etc off and draining rad etc ?

if it is the valves then i reckon its gonna be stuck not broken as surely i would know about a snapped valve ?

floats were set they were way out at the time emulsion tubes were fine i replaced them with factory pro ones a couple years ago and they aint oval yet

about 5 mins ago while checking all the connectors one by one i sprayed carb cleaner into the cold carb throat and bingo exhaust went up to temp then back down again so repeated same result so maybe its getting fuel just not enough in that cylinder? so back to the carbs and start looking at them after some grub i think........

okay we are getting somewhere one of the floats is feckered no idea how its all twisted and fouls the bowl so i now need one of them or maybe some carbs depending on how much one will cost vers a used pair of carbs
