Where is the best place to source throttle cables? (Apart from my local expensive Yamaha dealer)

ebay, i've seen loads on there. type in TRX 850 and it will give you plenty of options.

Venhills -I Think? are excellent, you can get all the components and repair your cables very cheaply, was recommended by mincehead, totally excellent company. Highly recommended.
I had broken throttle cable and repaired it very easily with new nipples, inner cable and a bit of soldering - cost a couple of pounds - total bargin, stuff arrived next day
