Hi alex
This bike was a completely factory trx import prior to me stripping all the fairing and cutting up rear frame , ive riden bike heaps and it always starts first turn. I Am turning this in a custom streetfighter by choice so far this is what i have done , removed front speedo cluster and wired up vapor digital speedo, cut up rear end and wire in suzuki sv led tail light with led indicators to factory rear light wires , i will later on be making a custom fibre glass rear end.
I have also remounted the fuel pump and was wondering if i could have hoses around worng way , this is how mine are refering to first pic of fuel pump.

Bottom big hose - goes to fuel tap / tank , i know this is defintley correct as its the only hose that size.

Middle(one with clip) - i have this one going to top middle rear of carbs

Top Hose - i have this one going to front of carbs / inlet manifold on my right leg side.

Fuel tap hose at rear on tank - this goes to front of carbs / inlet manifold on my left leg

Fuel Tank hose from bottom of tank - breather hose

I havnt touched any of the cdi or rectifier wiring thats pretty much just where it all sits factory i had it all nicley mounted but undone to make it visable.
I have had bike running and idling without fuel tank on , and while idling i put tank on and hoses , and turned fuel tap to on , and it just over fueled and flooded, if i try to turn bike over continuosly fuel woud come out exhaust. which is why i think i may have a hose on wrong, it cant be speedo cluster related as i can get it running without fuel tank on .

I have also had airbox off for like 10min when i wired in the temp senor for digital speedo , i removed the single wire sensor that goes in thermostat for the factory temp gauge and installed the sensor for the vapor unit which wires to vapor speedo meter. the factory single wire for factory temp is no longer in use , this shouldnt casue any probs as i have had it runing like this .

All help is greatly appreciated.

Im pretty sure i have just sussed it.
Refering to the trx 850h service manual page 78.

After checking this i have realised i have hooked up fuel hoses wrongly on the fuel pump, refering to my attached photo , i had

Bottom big hose - goes to fuel tap / tank , i know this is defintley correct as its the only hose that size.

Middle pipe off pump (one with clip) - i have this one going to top middle rear of carbs  the middle according to the manual is vaccum

Top Hose - i have this one going to front of carbs / inlet throat on my right leg side. , this top hoose off pump is fuel out and is supposed to go the carbs not the right inlet throat.

Fuel tap hose at rear on tank - this goes to front of carbs / inlet throat on left side, this is correct according to manual

Fuel Tank hose from bottom of tank - breather hose

I Figured this out last nite and left the bike to evaporate fuel over night , changed over fuel pump hoses and what would ya know , the girl is alive again, fired up almost straight away and idiled perfect just like it usually does, i didnt let it run too long though as i believe i may have pumped some fuel into the oil , so i will change that today , was kinda due an oil change anyway.

I Feel kinda silly something so basic cause me a bit of grief , but hey you live and learn right.

Thanks for the help everyone
