Hy guys,
Please tell me how the cam chain tensioer must be mounted.Whith the teeth up or dowm.I seen both ways so i am confused.Thanks

Mate I dont think it matters, i have asked the same question when putting it back together 3 times recently and still dont know.
I think one side LOOKED slightly wrong when I bolted it in so I flipped it over.
The cap is a bitch to put back on, I recommend a dimpled drilled into it to push on with a screwdriver and freind OR use a 1/4 inch flexi-drive socket set with extra long extensions.

ive had the one in mine in and out a few times, and think its teeth down 
if its too hard, your doing it wrong.
