$25 a sheet thats about 12 quid (320mmx420mm) and I'd get 2 single socks out of that and there charging 15 quid for 1... single circle cut and a rectangle and roll it up and glue it together.. and you can get it longer than 150mm out of that sheet also up to 200 /220mm.. current ecconomic crisis may be on a winner here..  cobbafilters.. come in sucker...   :P

Cob,

Where's the best place in Brisvegas to get the foam. How dense is it?

it's 20mm thick available in 10mm or 20mm as for foam density not actually sure of any rating as such but can post you a sample if you wish

I'll just call in and ask to have a quick look at the stuff at the local shop. If they have any. I have a sheet of high quality 20mm thick foam in the garage but when blowing through it, it seems to be a little restrictive. Maybe. I suppose I can just try it an learn from it. Time for the garage.

Well there you go. Thanks for that page Mince. I don't think the foam I have is quite the same. Might just do a normal tune up and look at the proper foam later on.

Just went and bought plugs and filter from Moorooka Yam and they have a sheet of the foam in there for $25. Very similar to what i have already. I'll stick it away and save that for a rainy day.
