Are my new (old) forks scrap ?

Are my new (old) forks scrap ?
OK so I spent the bank holiday weekend fitting fcrs getting bike on the dyno then complete strip and rebuild of the rear brake, yzf 750 front end fitted with nice new gold spots and r1 master cylinder all achieved over two days . All good so far ,but as soon as I tipped the bike off the stands something was obviously not good . When you rock the bike against the front brake both calipers move a few mill back and forth towards the fork stanchion ,it seems that the casting on the bottom of the stanchion is rocking . At this point I nearly set fire to it but have calmed down a bit now . Anyone got any thoughts on what's going on and if there's a fix ?

After a bit more investigation it appears someone may have tried to fit the sp castings on to the 750r stanchions and not been entirely successful
