I want to get my front fork tubes whats the specs on these for rechrome??

Can & how do you remove the internal bush at the bottom of the fork leg??

lower leg its were the small white bush slides in
If you stick your finger in the inner sl
eve will rotate
These componets are not shown on the parts list at all

Stretching the memory a little, but I think as long as the stanchion is out, you shouldn't need to go any further. There is a slider in there I think, copper, with a coating on it that may need to be replaced, but I think that just slides out, perhaps with a wire clip above... It's been a long time since I had the forks apart!
