Bike was running but won't start now

I am looking for some info possibly re fuse's. My bike was running and I accidently touched the frame with a battery power pack lead, resulting in the bike stopping. I can't get power now to restart it. I have checked the ignition fuse and the solinud fuse x 2. Does anyone know of any other fuse's or what else it could be. Any ideas would be great.
