Misfire in second

Hi recently my trx has developed a misfire only in second gear if i open the throttle full if i gradually open it no problem at all.
1st gear i can gun it without any problems at all same for the other gears any ideas??
i have had the RPM gauge reading irratic going from zero to 4000 then to the rpm i am at then the same all over again, ive disconnected the TPS misfire still there.
ive tried adjusting the TPS but cannot get it to read 4K as the manual suggests measured the TPS and its within specs.
after i bought the bike i changed the plugs
any help or info would be apreciated.

PS this started after 1 night the bike would not idle at all tried riding it and it was misfiring really bad next day this was somehow gone with the quick misfire in second there now.
