Weird indicator/flasher behaviour

G'day, Troops.
The other day my front-right indicator (standard units) stopped flashing and the rear-right started flashing at double speed. Aah.. blown bulb I thort. Popped a new one in but no dice. I still have the same issue. The left side indicators work properly. Does anybody know if I need a new part? Is there a flasher unit or a relay or something that may be playing up, or maybe just a loose connection?

Unplug the opposite indicator on the front and plug it in to isolate if its an indicator problem , so you have left rear, right front and right rear and left front.
You'll see then if the right rear/ left front flashes ok,You can isolate the flasher unit or possible connector.
But and if the left rear/right front is dicky, then look at an indicator problem because you changed it to the other side.

Check the wire connector from the indicator to the loom..sounds like it needs a squeeze with a pair of pliers.
Alternately, if the other side indicators function properly, then it's not the flasher unit.

Aaargh.. [best pirate impersonation]... 'twas naught but a dirty connection. A couple of pulls and pushes and it was fine.

Thanks for your input, fellers.
