Keyster kit questions

Got me two kits from MotorcycleSparesWarehouse. My TRX is stock other than K&N airfilter, Staintune aftermarkets and Ignitech ignition. 140,000km. Given I'm in Sydney it would seem that the 142.5 main jet would be a bit rich and I should possibly get 137.5 or 140 ones instead. Just so I'm ordering the right ones can someone confirm that this is it?

Also I've been putting this off because the mixture screw is seized. Any tips?

Incidentally I can see that one of the kits is missing the Main Jet 75. After checking both bags 50 zillion times I'm pretty certain everything else is there. #-o

Leave the carb on it`s side overnight and fill the mixture screw tunnel with diesel oil or a good penetrating fluid. If it doesn`t shift it`s a bit of a game with easy outs.

Tried the overnight soaking. Didn't help or more accurately didn't help initially. Tried drilling a small pilot hole and tapping in a T8 Torx head bit. Worked on the first one but the second just twisted the Torx head. Stuck for life I guess. The good news is she was idling fine before and still idles ok after refreshing the kit. Dodged a bullet methinks.
