hi where can i get the part number for the rear brake clevis pin the one that goes through the brembo pump and attaches to the lever, and also the rear caliper holdingon bolts please...

You could try the parts manual in the members download section, or any of the Yamaha dealers who have the parts manual online, such as this one...

The clevis pin is part number 90240-08124
The rear caliper bolts are part number 90105-10725
