Valve spring measurements?

If anyone has a loose valvespring or two, could You please take some measurements, possibly also the washers? My valve seats have been cut, and this in combination with the reduced lobe diameter on the Kent cams might mean I have to find some stiffer springs, or possibly pre-load the existing with a thicker washer...
