gearing ?

So flat bars on top fairing off little windscreen thing is here need to make some brackets up though to fit right 
anyway gearing ? anyone who has dropped the fairing changed there's ? what works best? would like to keep at least 130 top speed really but apart from that quite open to suggestions may aswell get a bit more low down when im not using the top end really aint I ?
