Just got a -98 TeDiuM head inkluding camshafts sprockets etc etc for 50£ on evilbay and it looks mint on all bearings....BUT....the exhaustbolts are really worn/rusted/crooked...
How go about it to change them the best way??

Don't know whether the bolts are pressed or screwed into the barell.
Assuming the latter, I would try first two nuts counterlocked.
If the thread is too bad, you can weld the nut to the bolt or take a steel rod right away.
Heat always helps.

Yes - they are screwed in.
Be very careful as they have a tendency to snap on removal.
As above, lock a second nut on and undo.
Loads of penetrating oil, some heat and be gentle

If they do snap, get the professionals in. I had to sort a stud on my current bike, someone had snapped the bolt, tried to drill it out gone down the SIDE of the stud and snapped the drill bit in there.
It turned out to be 2 days work

Fortunately i got it done pretty cheap through a friend of a friend. If who ever buggered it up had just taken it some where in the first place it probably would have been an hour with a welder. Even less for seen as it's not on the bike.
