Head race bearings

....guess that´s what you call ´em??
So, any other good tips exept heatgun and coolerspray before i go at it??
That bottom "bearing holder" seems to be a challange,,,,

Heat/cold and violence and the bottom one is out and the big tapered on....so i guess the rest will be a breeze....Murphy who??

No way near a breeze but with A LOT of violence they´re in!!
