Small water and/or oil temp gauge??

Hey guys'n'gals,
I am looking for a simple, small and hopefully not too pricey water and/or oil temp gauge silimar to the one below would be ideal (this one is made for testing fridge temperatures and thus does not have the necessary range for a bike
). Is it necessary to have both gauges, or is one more important? From what I can remember from my TRX standard dash it was simply the water but I could be wrong...If anyone has some suggestions on where to look that would be greatly appreciated
