fcr 41 main jets

as some may know i have the 878cc kit and fcr41 ,, i have done just about 1000 miles now since the rebuild and as the motor has freed up its gone leaner and leaner , to the point now that i have a 190 main jet in the carbs and not even this size would work on mine unless i dropped the size of the maj to 180 from 200 ( i am running pod filters ) has any one had to go this big on the main jet ??? ,,,the good bit is it uses NO oil and i have just done a run of just over 200 miles to Whitby and back and it didnt use a drop

seriously though, I'd get it on a dyno and get it set up properly
I only run 158s in mine (fuelling is cock on) but anything from 155 to 170 seems 'normal'

170 was "cock" on yesterday (200 main air) @ ~10 degrees...no poppin and cracking!
