Fork Lowers swap

I have a pair of FZR600R forks on the trx at the moment but the internals are a bit worn.
Can I fit the FZR lowers onto the trx stanchions? The part numbers (pattern) for the oil seals are the same so I was wondering if it is ok to re-use the trx ones as they are new or does removing them damage the seals?

Any major problems, other than trying to get the damper rods out, with swapping the lowers?

Thanks

 For the sake of a couple of quid put new oil seals on it anyway, will save you tearing the front off to refit when they leak.

put them back together tonight (with new seals!) need to take them to the garage tomorrow to tighten the damper rod bolts as i can't stop them rotating.

when I put the bushes and oil seals in it wasn't obvious that they were in ok. the spring clips have fitted back into there grooves ok and the bushes haven't popped out yet. is there anything to show they are in ok??

thanks
