Bike didnt get its Mot as frame has cracked around the rear exhaust mounting point! hopefully will be sorted by next week.
Knew the horn wasnt working so had a look at that, wire had fell off!
cleaned up contacts for headlight, that works again.
Just the bloody frame!, will be having a new front tyre as well, will sort out the weeping valve at least (put an o ring in the dust cap to seal it last year)

Left hand mount (as looking from the back)! It moves (and widens the crack) when you pull out on the exhaust! Don't know what all the fuss is about Pete, I havent got a pillion to carry!!!. It will be sorted by the 11th, Jak (If I know where we're going).

There are a lot of jokes about blondes!! Anyhow about time you got your bike on the road and rode that instead of driving down!

Yeah, mine broke there too. Only noticed it when I was fitting the 'quiet' cans ready for the MOT.
Took it to my local Van Hire man (who races a Ducati in his spare time)
£5 minutes and £5 fixed it.

Yeah yeah ... I know ... finally moving it next week so then all I've gotta do is learn how to fix it, fix it and get it MOT'd
Seems like it's a common weak spot on the TRXs then (I have a feeling I've said that before

)

Thanks for that. I checked my LH mount to find it had nearly departed from the subframe..... have just MIG'ed it and the paint is drying as I type..... Cheers

Look at the rear mount, there is a small box section between the bolts! that part is not welded to the frame! (Except it is on mine now).
Just being sprayed and drying, will be ready for Sunday.
