I'm trying to work out if a Thunderace hugger will fit a TRX swingarm, but with how how modifying! The seach button has gotten me as far as fitting either a 5.5inch wheel to a TRX swingarm or fitting a complete Thunderace rear end but no one appears to have ever dealt with the hugger - its not looking promising
As the bike and has had the 5.5 inch wheel fitted the TRX hugger wont fit, hence the Thunderace one - Is the Thunderace swingarm significnatly different to the TRX one? I know its fatter but does anyone know if its wildly different?
Is it a case of buy a hugger and try it?

Is that on a brand new tyre, as I have the same carbon look hugger that was on when I bought it with the original wheel, still fits on the YZF wheel swap! (Don't know what make though, but would presume a UK plastics company).

Its Steve Speeds old bike so I’m going off what Steve told me - Never thought of different manufacturers though...
I'm trying to do the theory first as the bike is stored at a friends for now and so i cant just pop out and spend an afternoon taking measurements, etc.
Anyone else got the YZF wheel and a TRX hugger fitted, and do you know what type it is?
