Started the bike today and smelled funny (not me).
No water in the coolant reservoir, some in the radiator. No water mixed with the engine oil, no oil in the coolant.
How would you test it?

Hi scarfacehugo!
You can try to measure CO in the coolant reservoir - if theres exhaust gas making its way through a broken gasket to the cooling system you might be able to sniff it out with a CO tester.

found at some radiator repair shops is a bottle attached to a radiator cap. it is filled with a lovely solution that will turn blue if exhaust gases are present.
cheers and good luck.
