Engine strip: gasket replacement?

Hi guys, i recently had to strip my cylinder head down to get a sheared bolt out (which ive yet to do, i need a dremel first!) but i did buy a full gasket set as i needed a couple anyway.
What im wondering is how beneficial it would be to replace all the gaskets i can whilst the engines out of the bike or should i just hole out until it needs them?
The main gaskets im thinking of are those of which sit above the valves, but these require a tool to get out in the first place, and i dont think theyre leaking. It's said TRX's burns oil, is this through the rings or the valve stem seals as if its these i'll do them anyway?
What would you do?
