i have trawled the net looking for a definative answer on bore sizes for Yamaha non radial master cylinders with a remote reservoir.
it seems that this must be a national secret, as no one i've found list them.
Any thoughts on where to look ?

Most seem to be either 5/8" (near 16mm) or 9/16" (near 15mm). I believe some 3/4" (near 19mm) ones are kicking about too although I`ve never come across them myself.

If it's to use with blue spots, any 14mm master cylinder will work. Look for one from a
Thundercat
Thunderace
R6
R1
SZR660
TZR125RR (Italian version)
These last two are Brembo. I'd imagine that a Brembo from a single disc Ducati (Monster, SS600/750, that kind of thing) will be 14mm too, as well as any from an Aprilia RS125 or Cagiva Mito

Thanks for the heads up Kayla.
I have bought (not yet paid for . . .blame paypal!) a 2004 R6 master, reservoir and lever from the same guys who sold me the '09 shockie.
I expect to receive it within a week from paypal fixing up my account.

I had a Honda CBR1000rr pump fitted but it became a drama with my adjustable clipons so i've gone back to the R1 14mm version.

WELL ! ! !
I have just been informed that my USPS parcel was undeliverable

and is now on its way BACK to the states via SURFACE MAIL.
E.T.A. THREE MONTHS !!!!
no reason or explanation given, other than maybe the address was smudged or the label might have been ripped.
AND....until the parcel gets back to USPS or until the sender receives the bits back, he can't verify that they weren't delivered to me.
totally underwhelmed right now.
