Help replacing fork seals

Hi guys, one of the fork seals is leaking and I want to replace it. Is this an easy process and how to go about it? How much oil needs to be replaced in the forks after replacing seals? Thanks for help, Jamie

The service manual is in the download section for free!
What might not be in the service manual is the use of a cut off broomstick or cricket stump to go down the chrome fork stanchion, sounds a bit mad but it really helps, use the search function and you will find all you are looking for (near top right hand side of the page you are on now) and what I am on about with the broomstick malarky!

Yeah, back in -07 i changed and had some luck founding an alu broomstick with a hex bottom wich fitted a charm!
Other tip on here is an impactwrench...

and a length of PVC pipe with the ID/OD close enough to seat the new seals.
if the pipe you have is a tad too large, slot it back (along lengthways from one end ) 2-3 times and use large cable ties to then reduce it back to the correct size.
