Has anyone used a Morgan colourtune kit on a TRX?
Is it practical on a TRX? Was it useful?
Hopefully putting on headers once I gt the broken studs drilled out and cloourtune might give me some good info on what is going on in my combustion chambers

would you not be better off going to a dyno to get fuel air mix looked at, it would also give graphic results of power etc so you can see where improvements are needed if any,
Ive never used a colour tune kit, just to be clear, guess it would depend on how much they cost and how many "runs" you get out of a kit.

Way I understand it colourtune is basically a glass sparkplug - if mixture is correct you get a Blue Flame, Rich - Yellow Weak - White. Can run engine for about 5 mins from warm with colour tune in and kit is reusable. you can see what the mixture is like at all throttlr openings.
I'm just not sure how easy the colourtune is to fit / see on a TRX. I expect you can see it with the tank removed, but how easy it is to see / fit with the deep sparkplug recesses?.
