Decided to have a go at strip down of forks, all going well, but need new bushes as the coating as coming off, will order some as soon as the yamaha man gets back to me, looked at wemoto.com as well, any other recomendations for bushes and seals?
But...I dont know how much oil to put back in them #-o

also are these forks progressive as standard? mine seem to have progressive springs in them,
Any help greatly appreciated as I cant seem to find much info on these forks at all :(

Don't know if they were progressive as standard - but I don't think so

oil is 480ml IIRC

I bought my last seals from ebay

Cal,
Try Gareth at reactive suspension. He can supply fork bushes, seals, etc. Just up the road from York too.

Cheers for replys, I will probably give reactive a call as they are not too far away,

Speaking to the man at the local dealers, he was saying the bushes can be a bit of a bitch to fit, with the ends burring over....? I am presuming he means the one inside the fork tube, anyone had any experience of this or tips for putting them in.

@phuck cheers for the 480mls, couldnt find it anywhere, and the shocker landed the other day :D
