Tail/brake light

Hey guys,
My TRX is blowing one of my tail/brake lights constantly.... the definition of insainity is to do the same thing and expect different results
earths or regulator?

Is the lamp assembly loose?
Put a voltmeter over the battery with the lights on - shouldn't be showing more than 14.2v

The holder seems fine and nothing seems out of place no other bulb seems to blow. Losing one tail light is annoying, will pull the tail off this afternoon...

My old SRX kept blowing tail light bulbs (as well as headlight bulbs), just before the reg/rec died.
