Difference in fork seals between '97 and '98?

Ahoy!

First off, I suppose I should just say: DONT use pyramid parts if you would like to have correct parts shipped to you. There is a very sad RS250 sitting in my garage with no front forks and Pyramid Parts shipping the wrong parts is not helping

This got me a little paranoid though, as I've also order some oil/dust seals for my TRX. The seals appear to be the right size for the bike and are marked with 41X53X8/10.5 double spring seals (1998 onwards i believe). My bike is a '97, which was OEMed with 41X53X8/9.5 if I remember correctly. If memory serves me right, the forks didn't change between the years, so the 41X53X8/10.5 seals listed for 1998 onwards should be sweet in my '97 forks, right? The less I have to deal with sending parts backwards and forward the happier I will be

When it comes to fork seals,I always use genuine manufacturer items. Strangely though,I'm quite happy to fit pattern oil filters

Yea, I'm starting to get that. I've had good experiences with All Balls kit on most of the bikes I've owned or rebuilt, they just don't do a seal kit for the TRX

I guess the real question was - Is there any difference in TRX forks between 1997 and 1998?
