YZF 750 gearbox

I've been told that the 6 speed gearbox from the YZF 750 yamaha will slot straight into a trx . Is that true ?

Good morning
This has been covered a few times and I believe the TDM 900 box can be used but not sure if its a straight swap

The MODIFICATIONS and UPGRADES section has a comment by Lenny that summs your notion.
Its a 2007 listing, but has it all.

Dude who sold me the TCIP4 box has made a R6 gearbox to fit but it was some precision work involved.
What Over racing did to fit the YZF750 i do not know, but the bike where a fast one

It's not a straigt swap, but some YZF parts are used for the YEC 6speed gearbox.
