Tamper-proof Torx® bit. Sets available at pretty much any hardware/auto/tool outlet (which kind of defeats the purpose I know, but anyway...

+1 but there are two types.
One with a recess in the tip and one without.

Torx bit, or a hammer. Hammer is good if you have some excess frustration to vent, not as pretty though.

I want to replace the full plastic under the seat with a chopped down one. I have a set of various bits but none to suit this type. Guess its back to the hardware store to look a bit harder.
