Replacement Clocks

Post by phil_inglis » Mon Feb 20, 2012 8:36 am

Hi Folks,

I'm assisting my old mate to do a front end conversion on his 1996 TRX; Current we have replaced the top yoke, fitted renthal bars and also fitted headlight fairing brackets.

The clocks on the bike are a little wide for the raptor style fairing he has bought; any suggestions as to what gauges to buy that would directly plug into the existing loom?

Rsvp, Phil.

If your looking for narrow clocks look Buel but I doubt they are a direct plug in!!
Can't think of anything that would just plug in that is not the same size or bigger than you already have!!

Would be interested to here if you manage to sort anything.

You may need to head down the rout of buying after market enduro digital type of clocks!!

Yeah, it may mean we need to take the gauges out of their housing and make up a alloy dash for them to fit in.

Thanbks for the reply!

Don't know for certain but wouldn't an early R1 digital clock work, as this is the front end most TRX's change to?
I'm addicted to brake fluid, but I can stop anytime.
