But he told me he was almost ready to send it by the 'end of the week', but this is a month ago now. Just the idea that it is at the other side of the pool so I can't easily go and stop by there, makes me worrying about it (too much, I guess).
If it takes two weeks more, they have to send it to my new house, not to my old address they have now. :) #-o
Unacceptable!! I would´ve raised hell...

Doesn't anyone here live near them? Perhaps they could pop in and check for you

That would be great! But there is no address on their website, it only says:
"call us for directions - currently by appointment only"

:D Tarwey, Post all the details on here and I'm sure one of us could pose as a prospective buyer, and go and have a look round, oh and ask a few pertinent delivery questions while were at it too.

What details do you need?
The form on the website didn't work, so I ordered with an e-mail on 2 june.
Paid with paypal to prp2@btinternet.com, on the name of Jason Rix, on the same day.
All conversation were via this e-mail address.
13 june: realised I forgot to ask about delivery times, answer on the same evening:
"im hoping to ship to you by the end of next week for you."
26 june asked for the status. Reply the next day:
"hi, nearlly done, been very busy and we have had power cuts to.!!
i have made the pipes already and just assamble the silencers next."
7 july asked again for the status, but no response.
I've been trying to call them for three days now, but they never pick up the phone.
Left a message on the machine.
I have no further details, besides their website:
http://www.performanceracingparts.co.uk/contact.htm

Am I being impatient or should I be worried?
I don't know what to do next.

:D Rang the 015 number!, send them an E-mail to confirm that he has spoken to your 'English friend' and to confirm the delivery date.

I don't get it, I used the same number. :?: Maybe they don't like non-UK phonecalls or something.

Anyway, a big thanks to you Dave!! Here you go:

I'd like to add this (especially for Youngy :P) I think a month delivery on hand-made (!) parts aren't bad at all.
If the reply on 13 june had been "we are very busy so it will take a month. At least.", it would have been fine with me!

Did you loose the zero in the number?
...when going into most countries from the outside you take away a 0 in the area code number....
