Oz compliance plate dated 4/99.
Date of 1st sale 5/10/01
Frame code JYA4XGTO (3XA002214)
Eng No 4XG002114
Underseat code 4XG4-010
A couple of years back I went shopping for the lowest KM, latest, best condition TRX I could find having regrettably sold my "96 model. Journey took me to Gippsland Vic.10000km, absolutely stock, on original tyres, like new.
Dont know what it all means. Love it anyway!

Have we given up on this?
There must be some way to find out when the last Trixie was made.
Has any one got one later than mine?

Maybe Max can make some enquiries with his contacts? Give him something to do instead of playing with his chopper

Have we lost interest in this?
Does anyone have a bike later than mine ? or do I have the bragging rights.
Would love to know when the last ones were made , and when the last ones came into Oz.

What do those stickers show on the Oz bikes? Afaik 4UN4 was the last model year designator, but maybe there was a 4UN5? Just interested.....
Youngy is absolutely right! It will show the month and year build. That's something else than a 'date of first registration' ofcourse!

OK, just checked the frame number and engine number for mine:
VIN: JYA4XGT07XA002698
Engine #: 4XG002665
PS: Kenmore, VINs are 17 digits therefore I think you've missed one from the VIN you posted earlier. Have another look... and let us know.

Triton is correct.
Somehow I left a number out of the vin on my bike.
It should have read JYA4XGT04XA002691, Engine and compliance are as before.
I will get my son to post some pics if he ever comes out of his room.
Still say that any TRX is a good TRX

Triton,
You win.
7 digits difference in frame no, and 1 digit in engine, although same compliance date.
Did you buy yours new?
