I'm going to ride the track bike up, just need to make up a bit of a seat pad as the race seat only has 10mm foam! Its 100 miles cross country!

Unfortunately I am going to have to pull out.
The missus was due to give birth on Friday gone and she hasnt done it yet. Personally I think this is incredibly selfish and inconsiderate of her, but at the moment I daren't tell her this

I am going up earlyish and will prob leave after lunch. Looks like rain in the afternoon again here. Doesn't look so bad at
Cadwell though.

Its about 350mile round trip for me so no way i can get there early doors, even if i leave for 8am not gunna get down there til bout 11am. I am abit gutted so many have dropped off starting to think the long ride is not worth if for me to do

Especially if you off at lunch time

Well, i went and i believe Garry did too, but i didn't see his bike till i was on the way home. They weren't letting spectators into the paddock, i blagged my way in saying i was with the 400greybike club (which i am sort of), so i parked with them. They obviously didn't let garry in so i didn't know he was there.
Don't know why they wouldn't let bikes into the paddock, they normally do.
Heavens opened about mid day, then i set off for home about 1.00 ish and got soaked around melton Mowbray, wet pants again, then bike misfired the rest of the way home.
We will have to think of somewhere else for a meet.
