Has a under-tail exhaust ever been done?

Has anyone ever manage to pull off a under-tail exhaust on a TRX? Something akin to what the CBR1000's had for a while or what most of the MV Augustas have.
I have been trawling through the forums and I've not seen anyone with one.
There was someone a while ago who achieved similar, however his was under the bike, not all the way to the tail. - viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2826&hilit=undertail+exhaust

yes, it has been done, you can find a few examples with a google search,
The problem is getting around the swingarm. The only nice example I have seen had a single sided swingarm

Bought a cheap ducati 1198 end can like the one in the above photo, was looking to down size the internals and fit it to my machine.
It's a massive thing and no wonder they like to loose the weight..
Mostly my reason not to go that way was the heat problems, rear weight balance and the Trx tail storage bin.
For others, just whack on a ducati tail section and then plumb up the pipes.
Still look at the end can on my workshop wall.

I got a mate to fabricate a two into one system for my trixie. Standard downpipes to the join then 50mm right up one side under the rear foot peg hanger into a wide open stubby race can. Bloody thing wouldn't run for shit and was down by 10bhp on the dyno. Parallel twins just don't have enough pressure to force the exhaust gases out a long single pipe. Not sure about twin pipes exiting at high level as I just hacked it back down to alleviate the problem.
