Out of curiosity, why?
The standard fuel tap does not restrict the flow of fuel so as to cause any problems.
PS the answer is no btw (but knowing Yamahas love for part sharing I would be suprised if one from someting like an FZR1000 couldn't be made to fit)

2 Reasons..
1, Original fuel tap is no longer working, restricted fuel flow above 6000rpm in 4th and 5th.
2, I am getting rid of the vacum pump, pipeing and putting an facet one on instead.
Will look into a different tap from another model.
Should have been 6000 instead of 8000rpm....

You should be able to get a 6000 series vacuum one with the correct adaptor plate 35mm spacing I think. Maybe something off an R1 or FZS? I was thinking of going down this path in the future. Let us know how you get on.

Hmmmm,A better solution if `flow` is the consideration would be a custom on/off tap with reserve facility and an electric fuel pump surely?
I`ve thought about the ability to junk that hideous vacuum pump too.
Not sure but is a standard TRX fuel tanks lowest point actually lower than the carburettor float bowls?

Hi!
From memory

from a XTZ 750 (LH side) should fit the TRX.
(Didn't try it myself but the wise guys from the German forum said so

)
It could only be necessary to correct the lengths of the tubes for the "on" and "reserve" quantity.
Remembered greetings from Munich!

So, has anyone fitted one to a TRX yet?
