Can any one give advise for a longer swing arm for project rexy Has any one done this mod before?

Should be pretty simple being a box section swing arm,cut off the milled section that the rear wheel spindle locates through,extend the arm(possibly brace it for strength)then weld the milled section back on.

No i can assure you being 105 kg and closer to 50 than 40 i will not be drag racing, its just an unfinished project that is still going through some test and mock ups. As soon as i have finished said project i will post some photos.

i had a 3" stretch (75mm) swinger for a while.. handled like a truck. VERY stable at speeds tho.
YZF R1 00 swinger. Not a direct bolt on but you can fit it.
You need to mod the subframe to take the extra width, which was about 5mm per side from memory. You also want to get a new custom sprocket to space out ~12mm. You also want to be careful of the exhaust rubbing on the swinger cos its a touch wider, so you need to take care of that. Also realise that R1 wheels are a 530 chain, so you will want to get a new chain while your at it.
Its HUGE trouble.. take it from me..
