Big Whats Happening

As much as it hurts me to have done, my TRX has been sold.

You may remember that I bought a 1994 FZR1000 Foxeye earlier this year.

I have embarked on an extensive make over and funds became a problem. With so much tied up in the FZR I had to make a hard decision, and the TRX has been sold.

Ironically it went to a good home in the village where I live, and the new owner has asked me to service it for him,so I will still get to ride it from time to time.

I already miss Trixie, and have asked the new owner that should he wish to sell it later that I get first option.

I would like to thank every one on here for their help and advice over the last two years, and will keep my eye on the forums from time to time.

One consolation is that I still own a Yamaha, and recently joined a couple of forums in the U.K that have almost as good a set up as you guys.

Cheers for now and who knows I may get another TRX in the future. :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

I nearly sold my TRX to buy a 94 FZR1000 from somebody i know. I deemed it far to heavy and not very comfortable. Was tempted with the extra power though. Anyhow glad i didnt as he had to spend a couple of hundred quid sorting out clogged carbs and seized exup valves. Enjoy your new toy.

Had mine 5 years now, and fell out with it recently. Was gonna sell it or break it. But since a replacement head and waterpump, i am in love again. Still want a new bike but cant afford it. Hankering after a late VFR750. Used to have a VFR400NC30, great engine. So a 750 version has gotta be brill. Triumphs are good, i liked the old T595 and 955. Off out for a skutch now as the sun is shining brightly for a change.
