Re: Paint scheme
Its staying orange but it will be the Focus ST orange that was originally the lamborghini orange. May be silver or grey blocks not tosure yet.

Re: Paint scheme
personally i would go with silver blocks to ofset the frame and motor(as std wheels and forks would be silver but I like the black look on them with the orange )

Re: Paint scheme
But I can see Phuks point tho keeping the silver at the centre of the bike and the black flowing from the wheels up thro and a good contrast against the orange.... bloody gemini's..
no wonder I've always owned twins

Re: Paint scheme
I'm planning something similar for mine, but it will be Metallic Yellow with black and white speedblock.

Now what colour leathers are you gunna have...OH and nail polish not to metion eye liner ...
where does it stop...aaaahhhhhhh
once you buy the FCR's then you choose the exhaust and you start to choose what sort of air intake system you want to run...its a never ending battle...

Nail polish = Orange of course
Eyeliner = Same as yours
Bikes got pipes and a K&N slot in filter. I dont want more speed but better looks and handling really.

Re: Paint scheme
Black on Yellow for me mate.
(.. and thanks for dount the artwork. I've been thinking about the speeblock design for mine, except in 'black & white on red bike' , and now I know what it should look like)
You going to do the painting yourself ??

Re: Paint scheme
Although I'm really into the typical Yamaha "speed blocks", I don't like them to be in two lines. But that could just be me; "it is not meant to be like that".
The blocks are on one line here, you see?

Not a very good picture but you get the idea:

But I know its not that easy to draw a line from the fairing to the back on a TRX, because the fairing is too tiny.
Edit: Ah, this is a good one: http://resources.motogp.com/files/image ... iginal.jpg
Rossi and Edwards looked like this at Laguna Seca back in 2005. Personally I prefer the Valencia 2005 colors!

Re: Paint scheme
Who am I to criticise ... but maybe adjust the size of the speed-blocks a little to get an extra one on the fairing / tank ??
(... and a version in black/white on red bike, cos I can't figure out how to do this artwork for myself !!)
