Hi all,
just been out and kicked the tyres on the TRX, not been doing a lot on it just the usual commute - 10 miles, barely enough to warm the tyres. Anyway have just bought an R1 master cylinder to go with the blue spots, helpful thread informed me that TRX ones are marked 5/8 = 5/8 of an inch, 16mm in modern money. R1 master cylinder being 14mm should get a bit more breaking power! Generally a good thing.
Question, - can I fit my TRX brake light switch to R1 master cylinder? or do I have to buy a new switch?
Looking for a new job and have interest from Worcester should be a better ride to work and will look for a nice scenic route for warm days. Any one know of a nice ride between Worcester and Brum?
bit cheesed off as bruised toe badly in Karate which stopped me getting out yesterday when it was nice and sunny. Oh well soon be the bank holidays and with royal wedding I have two weeks off for two days leave. Should be able to fit the R1 front forks and get the bike out for a good thrash

I fitted an 07 R1 RMS and brake light wiring connections plugged straight in. All good.
Learn from the mistakes of others because we don't live long enough to make them all ourself.
