A Midlands meet has been under discussion in the Europe section but as very few seem to read that section thought i'd move it here (as hinted by Phuk)

At least 6 members have suggested The Waterman in Warwickshire as a good venue - nice central location for all members with some cracking surrounding roads (i can suggest some decent routes if anyone wants?)

Anyone interested? If we can collectively decide on a date i'll ok it with the pub owners.

So....who's up for it then?

If I'm not working I'll be there, need to know dates though, as may be able to get day off. Will be going from the Peterborough area if anyone wants to tag along.

Count me in as a 'prospective' , soon as you have a date in mind let us know and I can arrange my w/ends around it

I'm up for that too, any evening or some sundays, work saturday.

Shall we aim for a Sunday afternoon then? If everyone posts the Sundays in july they are available we could go for the one with the most 'availables'?

2nd weekend and last weekend are out for me
anyone thinking of going down from York way? could meetup on way? (M1 best for me but a bit boring)

Can't do the first 3 weekends in July - but as Dave has suggested evenings are also OK with me.

Otherwise 24th or 31st July look OK to me

If you can sort it soonest, I can possibly get a Sunday off! evenings depends on whether I'm working or not! (Change of job within the organisation, and different shift pattern!)

That's the one I'll be heading for

Ok - sounds like most members are available on Sunday July 24th. Shall we call this the date betwwen 1 - 2pm in the afternoon?

Let me know this suits & we'll finalise it.

Sunday 24th fits in with my 'one sunday on, one sunday off' working, so I'll be there!!
