Nahhhh, you can rely 100% on Kayla.
It may have been an early (pre production) one off or something, I`m sure Kayla will tell us her side of the story when or if she reads the link on this thread.

I think you`re correct C.

All I can say is that I send the adapters out to make the R6 shock the standard length unless asked. If someone has had a slightly longer non-standard (YZF750 perhaps?) shock fitted to their bike (without knowing about it, ie it was fitted before they bought it) and then fits a standard length R6 shock/adapter then the bike is going to drop at the rear and feel odd.

MV- if you think your adapter's wrong for your bike, send it back and I'll stick a longer one in the post, no probs.

Thanks Kayla, I don't expect it it to wrong, but it would explain the terrible handling I'm getting at the moment...

I'll check & let you know, probably a false alarm though
