I don't believe this spammer has a genuine connection to Glenroy Exhausts as the spammer is based in India ... I have emailed Glenroy to let them know they are going 'used'.

I would strongly encourage all Victorians to avoid Glenroy Exhausts in Campbellfield should they ever require exhaust work or parts for their car.

And if a moderator could delete this thread as soon as possible please.

bloody spammers ... note to other mods, admin ... I'm leaving this thread here for a couple of hours until I have time to do some bits ... am going to ban the IP address and make some notes before I delete this pain in the arse (even tho phuk already deleted him!!!!!)

I'm tempted to pass the website details to everyone on this site and ask us all to complete contact requests and spam them back

OK ... banned him by username, email address and IP address ... although that doesn't mean he won't be back under a different name

Please note however ... this spammer is based in India and I doubt he has any genuine link with Glenroy Exhausts I would imagine the spammer has a list of websites to hand so that when he signs up to a forum he posts a legit link so people might not notice he's a spammer. His intention is more than likely to harvest email addresses and maybe phone numbers from within posts on the site.

Therefore can I remind you to think twice before posting personal contact details on the forum ... whilst the posts on the forum are not visible to non-members, a spammer with a human head will be able to sign up and make a note of any information they find here.

I'm going to email Glenroy Exhausts and warn them that their website is being 'used' ... give them the benefit of the doubt.

No worries Jak. Just I have come across GE in similar spam before (might have been here??) can't see why you would just post their link though. Still... see what happens...
