All French guys/girls please help!!

Hi!
Could you post this on the French forum also, i could not do that....and don´t speak a word French!

I have sent a package to a french guy and the package has not arrived, it stood in the tracking that it was delayed because of wrong postcode and also that they have tried to deliver but without success...
I´ve checked and the postcode WAS correct!

My question is, where can one check where the package are?
The swedish trackingnumber cant be used according to the recipient but should be able to according to the swedish post...

There must be a way to track it using his name shouldn´t it?

ANY help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!!

I know this isn't much help but, while I could bring up the tracking info using the number you gave me when you sent the seat, it was all in Swedish! There wasn't anyway I could find to get it in English (or any other language for that matter).

It said something like "Iga borga bugga frieken"

I don't speak snowman, btw.
