Hi dudes
Just found myself some FCR39s and will crowbar in. I will fit some pod filters to them as well.
What is the deal with the crankcase breather when one discards ones airbox?

Just route it up between the pod filters, you can fit a small filter to it too if you`re concerned that dirt and grit may enter the breather hose. I used a filter for an aquarium uplift riser with some foam inside the housing, perfect fit inside the breather hose it was too. This isn`t the type I used but I bet one of these with some closed cell foam inside would work ok too:

If you use a twin foam filter you could easily pierce the foam and push-fit the breather hose into the filter itself.

K&N make a dedicated vent filter - Part no.62-1030 which will fit. Look them up on Ebay. Around $25AUD from memory
